Official Welcome World Rewards Program Rules

Program Period: June 1, 2026 – July 19, 2026

(1) Program Overview & Eligibility

The Welcome World Rewards Program (“Program”) is operated by the New York New Jersey 2026 World Cup Host Committee (“NYNJ Host Committee”) on a platform built and managed by Fabric Global PBC (“Fabric”). The Program allows program participants (“Participants”) to check in at enrolled businesses, cultural institutions and community fan events (“Enrolled Locations”) throughout the New York New Jersey region to earn points redeemable for prizes.

  • Age requirement. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to register and participate in the Program.
  • Alcohol venue restriction. Participants under the age of 21 may not check in at any establishment that requires patrons to be 21 or older under applicable law.
  • No purchase necessary. No purchase is required to participate, earn points, or redeem prizes. Incidental costs associated with participation, including but not limited to transportation, travel time, or attendance at designated community fan events do not constitute a ‘purchase’ for purposes of this Program.

Acceptance of Rules. Registering for or participating in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Program Rules and the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Host Committee and Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Fabric.

(2) Check-ins & Point Accumulation

  • Location sharing is required. Participants must enable device location sharing to check in at any Enrolled Location. Check-ins cannot be completed without verified location data.
  • Point values. Each Enrolled Location is assigned a point value between 1 and 15 points per check-in. Point values may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. Adjustments to point values should not impact already accumulated points.
  • Points are non-transferable. Points have no monetary value and may not be combined across accounts.
  • Prohibited conduct.
    • Use of GPS spoofing, location falsification software, emulators, VPNs, or any other means to simulate physical presence at a check-in location is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material violation of these Rules with consequences up to account termination and forfeiture of points and prizes.
    • An individual user is prohibited from using multiple email accounts, separate browsers or devices to accumulate additional points simultaneously on multiple accounts with consequences up to account termination and forfeiture of points and prizes.

(3) Prizes — General Conditions

  • Limited Availability. All prizes are available in limited quantities and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until supply is exhausted. Availability is not guaranteed.
  • Limited Redemption. Individuals may be limited to a single redemption given the limited nature of the prizes and to ensure prizes are redeemed by multiple fans. There is a strictly enforced 1 FIFA World Cup 26 Match Tickets redemption per Participant restriction.
  • No cash value. Prizes are offered at no monetary value to the receiving Participant and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other consideration.
Non-transferable. Prizes may only be redeemed by the registered account holder who earned the qualifying points.
  • Right to modify. The NYNJ Host Committee and Fabric reserve the right to add, remove, modify, or substitute any prize or prize category at any time prior to redemption, without notice to Participants.
  • FIFA World Cup 26 Match Tickets. By receiving FIFA World Cup 2026™ match tickets to attend as guests of NYNJ Host Committee, the receiving Participant acknowledges and agrees that:

    • All tickets transferred through the Program are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
    • Transferred tickets do not include any intellectual property rights, sponsorship rights, recognition, branding, or promotional benefits.
    • Ticket recipients assume all risks and liabilities arising from their use of the stadium ticket.

Participants are strongly encouraged to redeem prizes in person during any set designated redemption windows, as mail fulfillment is not guaranteed.

(5) Digital Prize Redemption

  • Fulfillment method. Digital prizes are fulfilled either automatically upon redemption or manually by Fabric on behalf of the Program, based on prize type.

  • MLB events. Participants awarded tickets to MLB games must hold or create an active MLB Ballpark App account registered to the same email address used to register for the Program. Tickets will be delivered to that account.

Important: Tickets are digitally delivered to the account associated with your Program registration email. If those email addresses do not match, tickets cannot be delivered. Neither the NYNJ Host Committee nor Fabric is responsible for tickets that cannot be delivered due to an email address mismatch. Users are responsible for ensuring their accounts are registered with a matching email address before redeeming a ticket prize.

The Program is not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or any other game of chance, and should not be construed as such. All prizes available through the Program, whether redeemed via point accumulation or through attendance at designated community fan events, are offered as the fulfillment of a defined exchange in which participants earn eligibility through specific, deterministic actions.

  • Point-based redemption. Prizes redeemed with accumulated points through the Program’s are available to any eligible registered user who accumulates the required point threshold through qualifying check-ins and user actions. No element of chance governs prize availability or award; prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to users who meet the redemption criteria.
  • Fan event redemption. Prizes made available at designated community fan events are offered on the same first-come, first-served basis to attendees who satisfy the applicable eligibility criteria for that event. Attendance at a fan event does not guarantee prize availability.
